We are excited to announce that Joynal Abedin, Ph.D. candidate in the GEAR Lab at Texas A&M, has been awarded the prestigious 2025 CaGIS Student Scholarship—a highly competitive honor that selects only 1–3 Ph.D. students globally each year, each receiving a cash award of $1,500.
