The 29th International Cartographic Conference took place in Tokyo, Japan, 15–20 July 2019. Dr. Zou was one of the recipients of the International Cartographic Association Scholarships. His talk is titled 'Leveraging Location-Based Social Media for Smart Emergency Management.'
